I worked with Joyce at Oneida Co. for many years. I always enjoyed chatting with her and listening to her stories of Chuck and their children….my sympathies to the family….Sue Wagner
I will always remember Joyce as warm-hearted and easy to laugh. She was always welcoming and ready with a smile when ever she greeted those around her. She will be missed dearly. Rest in peace knowing the love you left behind is more than enough.
